1 | Cream cheese - (3 oz) - softened | |
1 | Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz) - cubed | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped green bell pepper |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
Paprika - to taste |
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place into an ungreased 9-inch round cake pan; press over bottom of pan to form crust.
In a small bowl; beat egg yolks and cream cheese until smooth; stir in Spam, cheese, pepper and onion. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into Spam mixture. Spoon evenly over crust. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cut into wedges to serve.
