2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Round steak - cubes |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Thyme - dried |
1 | Bay leaf | |
14 1/2 oz | 411g | Tomatoes |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
Put steak cubes, onions, garlic in crockpot. Stir in flour and mix to coat steak cubes. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Stir well. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours.
Add sour cream 30 minutes before serving. (HIGH 4 to 5 hours) Serve over hot buttered noodles.
