1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Rosemary, crushed |
5 cups | 312g / 11oz | Corn flakes, crushed |
2 1/2 | Lb cut up broiler-fryer chicken | |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter or margarine, melted |

1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Thyme |
Preheat oven to 375F. In medium bowl combine butter, flour, salt, thyme, rosemary and marjoram. In shallow dish place cereal. Dip chicken in butter mixture; roll in cereal to coat. Place on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake 55 - 60 minutes or until golden brown
