Roasted Red Pepper Pizza Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cornmeal |

3/4 cup | 177ml | Pizza sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Grn bell pepper strips |
4 oz | 113g | Thinly sliced prosciutto |
1 | Roasted red peppers - (7 ounces) | |
8 oz | 227g | Provolone cheese |
2 1/4 oz | 63g | Ripe sliced black olives |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh chives or |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried chives |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh basil leaves or |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried basil |
Heat oven to 425 F. Grease 12" pizza pan or 13x9" pan. Sprinkle corn meal evenly over bottom of pan. Place dough in center of pan and press out with hands.
Spoon pizza sauce evenly over crust. Top with green pepper, onions, prosciutto and roasted red peppers. Arrange cheese slices over top. Sprinkle with olives, chives and basil.
Bake at 425F for 20-25 min or until crust is deep golden brown. Let stand for 5 min.
