6 tablespoons | 90ml | Butter |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Chicken broth |
1 cup | 237ml | Light cream (half and half) |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Diced chicken |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped pepper |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Pimento |
Melt butter and brown flour in it. Add salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, then stir in chicken broth and cream. Boil for 1 minute. Add diced chicken, pepper, and pimento. Heat through
