Butter - as needed | ||
1 | Julienne tasso - (#16 scoop) | |
3 oz | 85g | Unseasoned shrimp - (50/ 60 count) |
Copeland's fettucine sauce | ||
2 oz | 56g | Heavy cream |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped green onion |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Freshly-grated parmesan cheese |
16 oz | 454g | Bowtie pasta - cooked as directed |
Put butter in saute skilled on medium heat. Melt butter and add tasso. After 1 minute, add shrimp. When shrimp are pink and curly, add Copeland's fettucine sauce, heavy cream, green onion and parmesan cheese. Bring to a boil. Serve over cooked pasta.
