Copeland's Of New Orleals' Shrimp And Tasso Pasta

  Butter - as needed
1   Julienne tasso - (#16 scoop)
3 oz 85gUnseasoned shrimp - (50/ 60 count)
  Copeland's fettucine sauce
2 oz 56gHeavy cream
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped green onion
1 tablespoon 15mlFreshly-grated parmesan cheese
16 oz 454gBowtie pasta - cooked as directed

Recipe Instructions

Put butter in saute skilled on medium heat. Melt butter and add tasso. After 1 minute, add shrimp. When shrimp are pink and curly, add Copeland's fettucine sauce, heavy cream, green onion and parmesan cheese. Bring to a boil. Serve over cooked pasta.
