Delectable Meat Loaf

Recipe Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs	1135g / 40oz	Ground round - (or 3 lbs)
2		Onion soup mix
3		Eggs (large)
1		Evap milk - (5 ounces)
1/2 cup	118ml	Quick cook dry cream wheat
12 oz	340g	V-8 juice
1/4 cup	59ml	Ketchup

Recipe Instructions

Mix all but one can of V-8 together. Shape into loaf and bake 350F in Pam sprayed loaf pan 1 hour. Half way through baking smear loaf with ketchup.

When loaf is cooked and drained, pierce top with fork and pour second can of V-8 over top allowing to run down and around meat. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
