Recipe Ingredients

  Eleven Secret Spices
1 tablespoon 15mlRosemary
1 tablespoon 15mlOregano leaves
1 tablespoon 15mlPowdered sage
1 teaspoon 5mlPowdered ginger
1 teaspoon 5mlMarjoram
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlThyme
3 tablespoons 45mlPacked brown sugar
3 tablespoons 45mlDry minced parsley
1 teaspoon 5mlPepper
1 tablespoon 15mlPaprika
2 tablespoons 30mlGarlic salt
2 tablespoons 30mlOnion salt
2 tablespoons 30mlPowder chicken bouillon*
1   Lipton tomato cup-a-soup mix

Recipe Instructions

* or 4 cubes mashed

There are actually 11 spices in the above combination, but an additional 3 ingredients were necessary to derive that special flavor.

Place all ingredients in blender with onoff speed for 3-4 minutes to pulverize, or rub through a fine strainer.

Store in an airtight container so it will not lose potency.

Makes about 3/4 cup.

To use with flour: Add 1 oz. mix to cup of flour for coating chicken.
