| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cayenne pepper | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Paprika | 
| 46 oz | 1307g | V-8 juice | 
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onions - chopped | 
| 16 oz | 454g | Peeled tomatoes - (Mexican Style for extra kick) | 
Brown beef and drain. Add all ingredients and cover. Cook for 7-17 hours on medium high.
