1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Ground beef |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chile powder - (1/2 to 1) |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic powder |
1 | Red or black pepper | |
1 | Corn - (7 oz) drained | |
1 | Tomato sauce - (8 oz) | |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Corn chips - slightly crushed |
2 oz | 56g | Shredded cheddar |
In 1 quart microwave safe casserole crumble beef, add onion. Micro 3min on high or until no longer pink, drain. Stir in chile powder, garlic, pepper, corn & tomato sauce. Micro 5min on high, stir. Sprinkle with chips, top with cheese. Microwave cook for 2 min on high or until cheese melts.
