Spanish Omelet Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Onion - chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine |
| 1 | Tomatoes - (8oz) | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 3 | Eggs - well beaten | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Hot pepper sauce |
| Crackers | ||
| Grated cheese |
1. In medium skillet, brown onion in butter; stir in tomatoes, salt, hot sauce and eggs.
2. When mixture is cooked, pour over crackers and sprinkle with grated cheese.
