Teriyaki Steak - 1

Recipe Ingredients

2   T-bone steak
1/2 cup 118mlOlive oil
2/3 cup 157mlSoy sauce - low sodium
2 tablespoons 30mlFresh ginger root - grated
2   Garlic clove - sliced
3 teaspoons 15mlOrange peel - grated
1/4 cup 59mlBurgundy

Recipe Instructions

Mix all marinade ingredients in a gallon size zipper bag. DO NOT use regular soy sauce or the marinade will be too salty.

Add steaks to bag and seal. Refrigerate for 24 hours, turning occasionally.

Grill or broil to desired degree of doneness.

Serve with remaining burgundy.

NOTES : My college buddy's mother got this from a neighbor while stationed in Japan.
