Tasty Meat Loaf

Recipe Ingredients

1		Egg
1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Bread crumbs
1 1/2 lbs	681g / 24oz	Ground beef
1/4 cup	15g / 0.5oz	Onion
2 teaspoons	10ml	Salt
1 teaspoon	5ml	Chili powder
1 tablespoon	15ml	Catsup
1 tablespoon	15ml	Worcestershire sauce
1 cup	237ml	Milk

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients well and shape into a loaf.

Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until meat is cooked through.
