Recipe Ingredients

50   Oil
1   Water chestnuts - sliced
2   Mild onions - sliced thin
200   Mushrooms - sliced thin
200   Bamboo shoots - diced
2   Tomatoes - peeled, sliced thick
250   Beef broth
100   Soy sauce
1   Fresh spinach leaves
500   Sirloin steak - sliced very t

Recipe Instructions

1. Heat oil in skillet. Add all vegetables except spinach. Cook a few minutes.

2. Pour broth and soy over vegetables. Stir. Add spinach and beef.

3. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve hot over rice.
