Spicy Peppered Steaks Recipe - Cooking Index
6 | Sirloin steaks | |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Whole peppercorns - cracked |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Bottled steak sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dijon-style mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brown sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Crush peppercorns coarsely with a rolling pin.
Mix Steak sauce, mustard, brown sugar and salt.
Marinate overnight or until ready to cook.
Grill as usual, using the marinade as a baste.
Very good pepper steaks!
