Something Different On A Budget Meatloaf Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Ground chicken |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Ground pork |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Ground beef - lean |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Whole milk |
2 | Eggs - lightly beaten | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
Pepper and salt to taste | ||
Glaze | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Hot mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic - crushed |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Apricot jam |
Mix chicken, pork, beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, honey and salt and pepper.
Shape into a loaf and put in pan. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of loaf.
Sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs.
Bake in 325F oven for 1-1/2 hours.
