2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Carrots - sliced |
2 cups | 474ml | Raw potatoes - sliced |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - chopped |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Ground beef |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onions - sliced |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Green peppers - chopped fine |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Cooked tomatoes |
Salt and pepper |
Place each ingredient in layers in greased shallow dish.
Season with salt and pepper after placing each layer.
Bake at 350F for 2 hours.
May be prepared ahead. Can be frozen.
