2 cups 474mlRaw potatoes - sliced
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozCelery - chopped
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozGround beef
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozOnions - sliced
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozGreen peppers - chopped fine
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozCooked tomatoes
  Salt and pepper

Recipe Instructions

Place each ingredient in layers in greased shallow dish.

Season with salt and pepper after placing each layer.

Bake at 350F for 2 hours.

May be prepared ahead. Can be frozen.
