Sensational Beef Stroganoff

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb	454g / 16oz	Boneless round steak
2 tablespoons	30ml	Margarine - divided
1/2 cup	31g / 1.1oz	Chopped onion
10 3/4 oz	305g	Cream of chicken soup
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Paprika
1/2 cup	118ml	Light sour cream
1		Hot noodles
1		Chopped parsley for garnish

Recipe Instructions

Slice beef across grain into very thin strips.

In a skillet over high heat in 1 tbs of margarine cook beef and onion until beef is no longer pink. Stir in soup and paprika.

Heat through, stirring to keep from burning. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream.

Serve over hot noodles.
