Sensational Beef Stroganoff Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Boneless round steak |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine - divided |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onion |
10 3/4 oz | 305g | Cream of chicken soup |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Light sour cream |
1 | Hot noodles | |
1 | Chopped parsley for garnish |
Slice beef across grain into very thin strips.
In a skillet over high heat in 1 tbs of margarine cook beef and onion until beef is no longer pink. Stir in soup and paprika.
Heat through, stirring to keep from burning. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream.
Serve over hot noodles.
