Savory Oven Brisket Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Coffee - black |
3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Brisket |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Catsup |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Chili sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Garlic - minced |
Sear meat on all sides and place in a Dutch oven with the above combined ingredients.
Simmer on stove top until done- 2 1/2 - 3 hours or in a 325F oven for the same time.
To serve, slice on the diagonal.
