Red Curry Beef

Recipe Ingredients

2   Coconut milk
1 tablespoon 15mlRed curry base
2 1/2 lbs 1135g / 40ozBeef steak - cut into strips
1 tablespoon 15mlLemon zest
1/2 cup 118mlFish sauce
2 teaspoons 10mlSugar
14 oz 397gBaby corn
3/4 cup 177mlPeas - fresh or frozen
1 teaspoon 5mlGarlic chili pepper sauce
  Garnish
  Sweet basil - fresh chopped

Recipe Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine half of the coconut milk and curry base over low heat.

When oil appears on surface, add meat. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve over rice or Thai Jasmine Rice and garnish with sweet basil.
