Peanut Butter Meatballs Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
1 | Egg | |
1 | Onion - chopped (small) | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Creamy peanut butter |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Combine ground beef, egg, onion, garlic salt and pepper. Mix well.
Shape into 1 inch balls. Place into an 8x8-inch square pan. Set aside.
In a small bowl, add peanut butter, milk and salt. Mix well.
Pour over meatballs. Bake in 325F oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
