Meat Sauce | ||
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground chuck |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onion |
1 | Tomato paste | |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Water |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
Noodles | ||
2 cups | 474ml | Lasagna noodles |
Filling | ||
1 | Cream cheese | |
Garlic salt - (to taste) | ||
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Parmesan cheese |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Milk |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Green pepper |
1. Cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Cook 2 cups lasagna noodles.
3. Microwave: 8 oz package cream cheese, garlic salt (to taste), 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup green pepper.
4. Add this to the cooked noodles then layer noodle mix with meat sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
5. Bake 20 minutes at 350F.
