My Corned Beef Hash Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Corned beef | |
4 cups | 948ml | Potato - cubed |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - chopped (medium) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fat |
Dice potatoes and cook until slightly underdone.
Brown onion in fat in a large, deep fry pan or Dutch oven.
Add drained potatoes and corned beef, chopped in small cubes (chilling helps).
Add milk and stir gently.
Simmer 30 minutes and serve with veggies of choice.
