2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Ground beef |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - chopped |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Italian bread crumbs |
2 | Eggs - beaten | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Ketchup |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Parsley flakes |
Salt and black pepper - to taste | ||
1 | Lipton onion soup mix |
Mix together the ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, beaten eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soup mix and seasonings.
Press mixture into a 9x5" loaf pan or 9" pie plate.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 350F for about an hour, uncovering during the last 20 minutes of baking time.
Let meatloaf stand for 10 minutes before serving.
