Marinated Round Steak Recipe - Cooking Index
3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Top round steak - 2" thick |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Seasoned tenderizer |
1 | Garlic | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Prepared mustard |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Wine vinegar |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Catsup |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
Sprinkle steak with tenderizer.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the steak. Marinate for 36 to 48 hours. Turn occasionally to coat all over.
Pierce with a fork when turning. Broil over moderately hot fire. Baste occasionally with marinade.
