Macaroni and Cheese Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Macaroni and cheese - prepared as directed | |
1 | Onion - chopped (small) | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
1 | Cream of mushroom soup | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
Brown beef and onion. Prepare macaroni and cheese. Add soup and milk to beef. Mix and warm. Combine both mixtures and stir or layer alternating soup mixture and macaroni.
NOTES: This is a hit with kids and adults. It's a great dish to take to a buffet. I use 2 Tablespoons of minced dried onion if I don't feel like chopping onion.
