Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozGround beef
10 1/2 oz 298gTomato soup
10 oz 284gTomatoes - with green chilies
15 oz 426gMexican style beans
1 lb 454g / 16ozCorn chips
1/2   Lettuce - shredded
8 oz 227gGrated cheddar cheese

Recipe Instructions

In a large skillet brown the ground beef until no longer pink in color.

Drain grease from skillet. Stir in tomato soup, tomatoes and beans. Simmer for about 20 minutes.

To serve place a layer of corn chips on each plate, layer with meat sauce, cheese and lettuce.
