| Marinade | ||
| 1 | Green onion cut in pieces | |
| 1 | Garlic or 1 tbs minced garlic from jar | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Black pepper |
| 1/8 cup | 29ml | Red wine vinegar |
| 1/8 cup | 29ml | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 1/8 cup | 29ml | Sesame oil |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Soy sauce |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
| 1 | Pear sliced (optional garnish) |
1. Combine all marinade ingredients and mix well.
2. Mix well
3. Add steak to marinade and place in refrigerator overnight.
4. Grill to your liking.
