1 | Pie shell and top crust | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - diced |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Green pepper - diced (opt) |
1 | Green beans - or frozen pkg. | |
OR pkg mixed veggies | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt and pepper to taste |
1 | Tomato soup |
In skillet add oil, brown ground beef and onions, add peppers(optional) Stir in Green beans or the mixed veggies, soup and seasoning. Pour into pie shell and add top crust.
Before you add top crust you can add slices of cheese. Bake at 400F about 15-20 minutes or until crust is brown.
In the summer I add fresh veggies, like tomato's, carrots and zucchini. Very Good. Kids loved it.
