2 cups | 474ml | Potatoes - sliced, raw |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Hamburger - browned |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Green pepper - chopped |
2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Celery - chopped |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped |
1 | Mushroom soup |
Saute and drain the hamburger. Layer the potatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, and hamburger in a 2 quart casserole dish. Salt and pepper each layer.
Top with mushroom soup and bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350F.
