Brown and drain | ||
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - minced |
1 | Tomatoes - (28 oz) | |
With liquid | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
2 cups | 474ml | Potatoes - sliced |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Flour |
1 | Frozen corn - thawed | |
1 | Frozen lima beans - thawed | |
Green pepper - cut in strips | ||
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Cheddar cheese - shredded |
In a mixing bowl, combine beef, onion, tomatoes with liquid, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
Spoon into a greased 3-qt casserole.
Layer the potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans and green pepper on top.
Bake, covered, at 375F for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and continue baking, uncovered, for 30 minutes
