2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Cooked - mashed black beans |
(or refried beans) | ||
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Chicken - shredded |
1 | Tomato - wedged | |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | String beans - cook and cool |
1 | Lettuce - shredded | |
1 | Green bell pepper - sliced | |
2 | Green onions - diced | |
1 | Plain green olives - chopped | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cheddar cheese - grated |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Hot sauce |
Lay a tortilla on each plate; spread with a layer of beans.
Lay chicken on beans.
Toss together vegetables and cheese; and mound on top of chicken.
Sprinkle hot sauce on top.
