20 | Garlic - minced | |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Onion - diced |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cumin |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Chili powder |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Tabasco sauce |
2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Brown rice - cooked |
2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Red beans - cooked |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Ham - cooked and diced |
In a large pan, saute garlic and onion with seasonings.
Add rice, beans and ham; cook over medium heat.
Stir in approximately 1/4 cup water or liquid from beans.
Cook until heated through.
