12 | Plum tomatoes (small) | |
3 | Cucumbers | |
2 | Onions (small) | |
1 | Green pepper | |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Feta cheese - (or to taste) |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Olives |
Clean and cut tomatoes into bite-sized pcs. Cut cucumbers.
Mince onions and peppers. Cut up feta cheese.
Place all these in bowl, add olives. Season.
Toss well.
Serve with oil and vinegar dressing.
