Greek Pasta Salad With Shrimp and Olives Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Tomatoes - chopped |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Red bell pepper - chopped (large) |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Feta cheese - crumbled |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dry white wine |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Thyme |
6 | Green onions - chopped | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
3 cups | 279g / 9.8oz | Garlic cloves - minced (large) |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Kalamata olives - chopped |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Pasta - cooked |
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Bay shrimp - cooked |
Mix first 10 ingredients in large bowl.
Add pasta and shrimp and toss to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
