Recipe Ingredients

3/4 lb 340g / 11ozTomatoes - chopped
1 lb 454g / 16ozRed bell pepper - chopped (large)
1/4 lb 113g / 4ozFeta cheese - crumbled
2 tablespoons 30mlDry white wine
1 tablespoon 15mlThyme
6   Green onions - chopped
1/2 cup 118mlOlive oil
3 cups 279g / 9.8ozGarlic cloves - minced (large)
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozKalamata olives - chopped
1/4 cup 59mlLemon juice
3/4 lb 340g / 11ozPasta - cooked
3/4 lb 340g / 11ozBay shrimp - cooked

Recipe Instructions

Mix first 10 ingredients in large bowl.

Add pasta and shrimp and toss to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
