Chicken Salad Chinois Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Chicken; cooked - cut up |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Zucchini - chopped |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Radishes - chopped |
1/4 cup | 59ml | 2% yogurt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Bulk granulated artificial - sweetener |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ginger - ground |
3 cups | 711ml | Lettuce - shredded |
In a bowl, combine chicken, zucchini, and radishes.
In a cup, combine yogurt, soy sauce, sweetener and ginger.
Pour over chicken mixture to coat evenly.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving, then toss well gently.
Divide into 4 portions.
