2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Lean beef round or pork |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Potatoes - diced (medium) |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - sliced |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Garlic clove - minced (large) |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
6 | Green chiles |
Cube meat, sprinkle with salt and fry until brown in oil. Add potatoes to browned meat together with onion, garlic, salt, chile and enough water to cover. Continue to add water if necessary. It will have a soupy consistency.
