2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Ground beef |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salad oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - chopped (large) |
3 | Celery stalks - chopped | |
2 | Tomato soup | |
2 | Red beans - drained | |
1 | Spaghetti - cooked | |
Salt to taste | ||
Pepper to taste | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili powder |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Grated cheese |
1. Brown ground beef lightly in oil; add onion and celery and cook until onion is yellow and celery is soft. 2. Add tomato soup; rinse cans and add water. 3. Add beans, spaghetti and seasonings; put in 9 1/2 x 13-inch baking dish. 4. Bake at 350øF until hot and bubbly. 5. Grated cheese may be put on top last 15 minutes of baking.
