Swiss Spaghetti Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
3 oz | 85g | Spaghetti squash |
3 oz | 85g | Swiss chard |
3 oz | 85g | Onion - chopped |
3 oz | 85g | Green pepper - chopped |
1 1/2 oz | 42g | Almonds; blanched - chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic - minced |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Thyme |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 x 8 baking pan with sesame o8il. Cut squash in half, remove the seeds and discard them.Place the squash in a baking pan cut side down, with 1/3 inch water. Bake for 40 mintues. Then lwoer oven to 375 degrees. When squash is cool enough to handle,cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Stamswiss chard for 6 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
