Spicy Thai Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1   Eden parsley garlic ribbons - or- any eden ribbons
1/2   Red pepper - diced (medium)
1/2   Green pepper - diced (medium)
1   Green onion - thinly sliced
1/8 cup 18g / 0.6ozParsley - chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlEden shake - or- black sesame see
  (toasted)
  Dressing
1 tablespoon 15mlEden hot pepper sesame oil
2 tablespoons 30mlEden brown rice vinegar
2 tablespoons 30mlEden mirin
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlLima sea salt

Recipe Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse and drain. Chop pasta coarsely, if desired. Add vegetables and sesame seeds. Prepare dressing. Pour into salad. Mix well. Serve chilled.
