Spicy Thai Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Eden parsley garlic ribbons - or- any eden ribbons | |
1/2 | Red pepper - diced (medium) | |
1/2 | Green pepper - diced (medium) | |
1 | Green onion - thinly sliced | |
1/8 cup | 18g / 0.6oz | Parsley - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Eden shake - or- black sesame see |
(toasted) | ||
Dressing | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Eden hot pepper sesame oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Eden brown rice vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Eden mirin |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Lima sea salt |
Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse and drain. Chop pasta coarsely, if desired. Add vegetables and sesame seeds. Prepare dressing. Pour into salad. Mix well. Serve chilled.
