Spaghetti With Garlicky Tofu Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index

2 teaspoons | 10ml | Oil - canola |
26 oz | 738g | Sauce - tomato or spaghetti |

Pepper - black | ||
Basil | ||
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Spaghetti - whole wheat, -cooked |
Saute garlic, onion, pepper and tofu in oil.
Add tomato or spaghetti sauce and heat thoroughly. Season to taste.
Serve over whole grain spaghetti.
