Seafood Pasta Salad With Roasted Peppers

1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozCheese - blue, crumbled (2oz
2   Peppers - yellow, lg
16 oz 454gPasta - rotini
1 lb 454g / 16ozScallops - bay, cooked
1/4 cup 59mlDillweed - fresh
1 cup 237mlItalian salad dressing

Recipe Instructions

Char peppers evenly over gas flame, grill or under broiler. Place charred peppers in paper bag; close and let stand 15 minutes. Peel or rub away the charred skin. Remove tops and seeds; slice into thin strips. Meanwhile, prepare pasta as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
