Recipe Ingredients

1/3 cup 5.3g / 0.2ozCilantro - lightly packed
2 cups 292g / 10ozPeaches - peeled & diced
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozTomatoes - diced
1 teaspoon 5mlLemon juice
1   Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGarlic - crushed
1 teaspoon 5mlOlive oil
2 teaspoons 10mlBalsamic vinegar
  Cayenne - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender or a food processor & process for a few seconds. Serve immediately over hot, fresh pasta or refirgerate until ready to serve.
