2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Chicken - diced |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Tasso or smoked sausage - chop |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Green pepper - chopped |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Red onion - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced garlic |
x Creole seasoning 1/4 Stick butter x Grated provolone x Grated gouda 1 lb Three-colored pasta; cooked Saute meats in oil. Add pepper, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter. Heat. Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses.
