Recipe Ingredients

2   Dried red chilies - crumbled
6   Garlic cloves - chopped
3 tablespoons 45mlOlive oil
1 cup 237mlTomato sauce -=or=- passata
  Salt & pepper
12 oz 340gPasta of your choice
3 tablespoons 45mlParsley - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Warm chilis & garlic in olive oil until the garlic is fragrant. Add the tomato sauce or passata along with the salt & pepper. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Cook pasta till al dente & drain.

Serve pasta tossed with sauce & sprinkled with parsley.
