2 cups | 474ml | Macaroni - cooked |
1 | Onion - chopped | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Flour |
2 cups | 474ml | Skimmed milk |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dill weed |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Parsley |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Low fat cottage cheese |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Bread crumbs |
1 | Paprika |
Preheat oven 350F. Saute onions in margarine, add flour. Stir in milk, little at a time until thick. Add spices. Add cheese. Add macaroni. Pour into shallow pan. Top with crumbs and paprika. Bake 45 minutes.
