Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozGround beef
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozChopped onion
32 oz 909gSpaghetti sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlParsley flakes
1 teaspoon 5mlOregano
3 cups 711mlBisquick
1 cup 237mlCreamed cottage cheese
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozParmesan cheese
3/4 cup 177mlMilk
1 tablespoon 15mlParsley flakes
1 teaspoon 5mlBasil
1 cup 237mlShredded zucchini
1 cup 237mlShredded mozzarella

Recipe Instructions

Cook beef and onion. Drain, add spaghetti sauce, parsley and oregano. Bring to boil, stirring, and keep warm over low heat. Mix remaining ingredients except zucchini and mozzarella. Beat 20 strokes. Spread half of dough in ungreased 19 x 9 pan. Sprinkle half of zucchini and half of meat over dough. Top with half of mozzarella. Drop remaining dough by teaspoonfuls. Repeat with remaining zucchini, meat and cheese. Bake until dark golden brown at 375F for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
