Duxelle Of Mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients

3 cups 438g / 15ozFresh mushrooms - diced
1 teaspoon 5mlMargarine
1 teaspoon 5mlOlive oil
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozShallots - diced
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozOnions - diced
1 tablespoon 15mlSoy sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlMarsala
  Salt & pepper
1   Garlic powder

Recipe Instructions

Saute mushrooms in margarine & oil over low heat for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients & cook, stirring often, until the mushrooms are tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.

Use to fill pasta dough of your choice and cook as desired.
