2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Ground beef |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salad oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - chopped (large) |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Cilantro - chopped fine |
2 | Celery stalks - chopped | |
4 | Tomatoes - chopped (large) | |
3 | Jalapeno's - chopped | |
2 | Red beans - drained | |
1 | Spaghetti - cooked | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cayenne pepper |
Salt to taste | ||
Pepper to taste | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili powder |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Parmesan cheese |
1. Brown ground beef lightly in oil; add onion and celery and cook until onion is yellow and celery is soft.
2. Add beans, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno's and spaghetti and seasoning; place in a 9 1/2 x 13-inch casserole.
3. Bake at 350F until hot and bubbly.
4. Grated cheese may be put on top last 15 minutes of baking.
