Texas-Style Honey Barbecue Rubbed Steaks

Recipe Ingredients

4		Boneless beef top sirloin steaks
1/4 cup	59ml	Honey
		Rub
4		Garlic - minced
2 teaspoons	10ml	Salt
2 teaspoons	10ml	Medium-grind black pepper
2 teaspoons	10ml	Ground mustard
2 teaspoons	10ml	Chili powder

Recipe Instructions

Rub each steak with one tablespoon of honey.

Combine remaining ingredients and rub onto steaks.

Let stand 20 to 30 minutes.

Barbecue or broil to desired degree of doneness.
